DVD with English subtitles. With plenty of action, and a strong story about the
growth and development of an expert swordsman, who just happens to be from
an extremely privileged background.
Aoi Shingo is the son of the Shogun, but he has never met his father. As a child in many ways isolated from his parents, he made an early decision to take on the solitary lifestyle of a swordsman and
eventually becomes recognized as the best swordsman in Japan.

Shingo’s adventure continues as he wanders Japan seeking to further his mastery of the
sword. One of his former opponents harbors a hatred for Shingo based on his wealthy
background as the Shogun’s son, feeling that by killing Shingo, he can gain fame and
fortune.
In the meantime, Shingo has to avoid the enticements of two women that are in love
with him, while he tries to improve his swordsmanship on his way to becoming the finest
swordsman in Japan.

whose lives have been affected by his actions. Though the many duels he fought were

him to question his life's philosophy.
This superb film is the final chapter in this part of
Shingo's story. A fitting tribute to his quest to be the supreme swordsman.
