With political savvy, battle prowess and the support of his fiercely loyal wife, MAEDA TOSHIIE rose to second in power in the Shogunate and built up a fiefdom that encompassed the provinces of Echizen, Noto, and Kaga. This series ran for an entire year with one episode every week.
