When the second successor of Tachibana Family, Akemi Tachibana (Meiko Kaji), follows the rules of the Yakuza world and attempted to kill the boss of the Okada Group, she accidentally injured his daughter, Ayako, and blinds her.
Since then, Akemi is cursed by Ayako's black car and one by one her followers are murdered. Meanwhile, the blind young woman becomes a guest of the Tachibana's rival, the Tsutihashi Group who strengthened her willingness to retaliate against Akemi.
