During the latter part of the 16th Century Japan's Warring States Era was coming to a close, Toyotomi Hideyoshi had taken control of most of the country, however, many wars were still being waged in Northern Japan.
Date Masamune the "Hawk of the North", a young warrior who had crushed almost all of his enemies was setting his eyes on the lands of the Hatakeyama Clan, and would soon face one of his greatest challenges.
