Woman gambler Okoma deals her final game, before her retirement from the yakuza world, and offends a rival gang. They in turn kill her husband-to-be, assassinates the local big boss in order to take control the area and kidnap his daughter.
Okoma decides to take revenge and is captured by the gang and sadistically abused.
